Orders & Shipping
How long does delivery take?
Orders within Lahore are usually delivered within 1-2 business days. For the rest of Pakistan, delivery typically takes 3-5 business days depending on your city. You'll get a confirmation call or message once your order is dispatched.
Do you ship across Pakistan?
Yes, we deliver nationwide through our courier partners. Shipping is calculated at checkout based on your city.
Can I track my order?
Once your watch is dispatched, we'll send you a tracking number by email or WhatsApp so you can follow it right to your door.
What if my watch arrives damaged?
Every watch is inspected and packed carefully before it leaves us, but if something goes wrong in transit, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with a photo of the item and packaging and we'll sort out a replacement or refund.
Product & Authenticity
Are Wrist Lab watches authentic?
Every timepiece we sell is genuine and sourced directly from vetted suppliers. Nothing leaves our workshop without being tested and inspected by hand first.
What warranty comes with my watch?
All Wrist Lab watches include a 2-year warranty covering manufacturing defects in the movement, case, and clasp. Normal wear, water damage from misuse, and accidental damage aren't covered.
Are the watches water resistant?
Water resistance varies by model — you'll find the exact rating on each product page under specifications. As a general rule, it's best to avoid submerging any watch in hot water, showers, or salt water.
How do I pick the right size or strap?
Case sizes are listed on each product page. If you're between sizes or unsure what will suit your wrist, message us on WhatsApp with a quick photo — we're happy to help you choose.
Returns & Exchanges
What's your return policy?
You can return an unworn watch in its original packaging within 7 days of delivery for a refund or exchange. See our full Refund Policy for details.
Can I exchange my watch for a different model?
Yes — as long as the original watch is unworn and returned within 7 days, we're happy to exchange it for another model. Any price difference is adjusted at the time of exchange.

What payment methods do you accept?
We accept major debit and credit cards, bank transfers, and Cash on Delivery on eligible orders. You'll see all available options at checkout.
Can I visit your store in person?
Yes — you're welcome to visit us at 24-Gulberg Plaza, Liberty Round About, Lahore. We're open Monday to Saturday, 11:30 AM to 10:00 PM, and Sunday, 3:00 PM to 10:00 PM.
