Refund Policy

We want you to love your Wrist Lab watch. If something isn't right, here's how returns, exchanges, and refunds work.

Return Window

You can return most items within 7 days of delivery, as long as the watch is unworn, undamaged, and in its original packaging with all tags, boxes, and documents included.

How to Start a Return

• Email us at info@wristlab.com or message us on WhatsApp with your order number and the reason for return.
• We'll confirm the return and let you know how to send the item back, or arrange a pickup where available.
• Once we receive and inspect the watch, we'll process your refund or exchange.

Refunds

Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method, or as bank transfer for Cash on Delivery orders. Refunds are usually processed within 5-7 business days of us receiving the returned item, though your bank may take a little longer to reflect it.

Exchanges

Prefer a different model or size? We're happy to exchange an unworn watch within the 7-day window. If there's a price difference between the original and new item, we'll let you know before confirming the exchange.

Items That Can't Be Returned

• Watches that show signs of wear, scratches, or damage not present at delivery
• Items missing their original box, papers, or accessories
• Watches purchased on final sale or clearance, unless faulty
• Engraved or personalized items

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your watch arrives damaged or you received the wrong item, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with a photo of the item and its packaging. We'll arrange a replacement or full refund at no cost to you — this doesn't count against the standard return window.

Warranty Claims

Our 2-year warranty against manufacturing defects is separate from this return policy. If your watch develops a fault after the return window has passed, see our Terms & Conditions or contact us directly.
