About Wrist Lab

Wrist Lab is a Lahore-based retailer of watches and accessories. Our showroom is located at 24-Gulberg Plaza, Liberty Round About, Lahore, and our online store is available to customers across Pakistan.

Using Our Site

You're welcome to browse and shop with us as long as you're using the site for personal, lawful purposes. Please don't attempt to interfere with the site's operation, copy our content for commercial use, or misuse the checkout process in any way.

Product Information & Pricing

We do our best to make sure product descriptions, images, and prices on our site are accurate. Occasionally an error slips through — if that happens with an order you've placed, we'll contact you before proceeding, and you're free to cancel if the correction isn't acceptable.

All prices are listed in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) and include applicable taxes unless stated otherwise. We reserve the right to update pricing at any time without prior notice.

Orders & Payment

When you place an order, you're making an offer to buy that product. We'll confirm your order by email, message, or phone call before it's dispatched. We accept the payment methods listed at checkout, including major cards, bank transfer, and Cash on Delivery where available.

We reserve the right to decline or cancel an order — for example if an item is out of stock, if there's a pricing error, or if we suspect fraudulent activity — and will let you know as soon as possible if this happens.

Shipping

Warranty

Wrist Lab watches come with a 2-year warranty against manufacturing defects in the movement, case, and clasp. This warranty doesn't cover normal wear and tear, water damage from misuse, or accidental damage. Contact us at info@wristlab.com if you believe your watch has a manufacturing fault.

Intellectual Property

All content on this site — including photography, product descriptions, logos, and design — belongs to Wrist Lab and may not be copied or reused without our written permission.

Limitation of Liability

We work hard to keep this site accurate and running smoothly, but we can't guarantee it will always be error-free or uninterrupted. To the extent permitted by law, Wrist Lab isn't liable for indirect or incidental losses arising from your use of the site or products purchased through it.
